I received my package, but my 5 piece nose rings were missing, I immediately contacted them via email and chat and was told it would be sent out, however, it has been a week since with no update. I have reached out after and noone has responded. I would love to receive my item paid for or get a refund. I had high hopes and wanted to continue supporting this business, but it's not likely since it's been a week without a resolution and no additional contact.
