The wrong item was sent to me and I emailed their customer service 3 times and got no response even after waiting for over a month, even though the website says they will respond in 24 hours.

I enjoyed wearing it however it was very big for my nose hard to move around and eventually I had a bad reaction to wearing it. Cute jewelry but I dontnthink I'd purchase again.
